I think they recently raised their prices because it was more expensive for my usual but the nonetheless, it was an enjoyable experience. Good drinks, good service, there's dine-in, quick wifi, quiet music and now they serve food too. Loved the poke bowls 😋 perfect study spot!! I wish they brought back QQ though...🥲

Love the interior of this store - really clean and cute (even has a piano)! Bubble tea is reasonably priced and they always have ongoing promotions for certain drinks that are quite good. So far have not been disappointed with any drinks I’ve gotten here, I love the Bubble Gaga, mango/peach green tea, jasmine milk tea, and yakult series!

I am a fan of Coco. The Bubble Gaga drink is really good! The app is a bit deceptive because it doesn’t let you delay a pickup time despite having a line displaying “pickup for: ASAP”. And when I placed the order (2 drinks) it said ready in approx 30 minutes but then messaged me in about 6 saying it was finished. This could be a problem because all the pickup orders are sitting in the open, no verification seems to be needed to take one. So my drinks could’ve been stolen while I was on my way there! (But they weren’t) A side note, the strawberry latte is not a latte or even a milk tea really it’s more like a strawberry jam drink with cream on top which you mix. I do recommend the passionfruit green tea, all their fruit teas are flavourful and you can taste the tea. Generally Coco is one of the better-priced bubble tea places for their sizes, and the drinks are sweet as I like them.

Manager or owner is as competent as a plastic plant. Can't explain the menu, can be bothered to clean the place, just hides in the kitchen and that attitude and incompetence is reflected in most of the staff who spend time on their phone, while you are looking at the menu, instead of helping. The place is filthy, toilets don't flush, and while business is only stable because of the students, it's ripe for health inspection to come in. If he's an owner, I would certainly not allow any new stores to be opened by him. If he's a manager, then the owner and corporate head office are obviously aloof to the failure of management.

Pretty nice bbt spot near campus!! The atmosphere is great for having conversations with friends or doing work. The workers are friendly and service isn’t slow.

We ordered two bubble tea from Uber eats, and selected the option of giving customers cutlery (straws), but they still did not put the straws in delivery bag. How can we drink bubble tea with toppings without straws?????????????? We have to go outside, and spend time to look for and buy straws, such a terrible service!

Great place! The service is nice but there is often a wait because they’re by the university. Can’t wait until they open up the seating, there’s a lot of tables and it seems very comfortable for students to study. There’s also a piano!
